Terms of Service

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the following products operated by Sitta LLC ("Sitta," "we," "us"):

  • Sitta Studio: a tool for managing Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts, including publishing content and viewing insights.
  • Tomahawk: a tool for managing Instagram professional accounts linked to Facebook Pages, including automated replies to comments, automated direct messages, and account and post insights.

By connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account or TikTok account to our products, or by otherwise using them, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information.

Sitta Studio and Tomahawk are independent products of Sitta LLC. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or Meta.

1. Business-use tools

Our products are business tools for businesses and people who manage Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts, including creators ("Account Owners"). They are not intended for personal or consumer use, and they are not directed to anyone under 16.

2. Your accounts and authorization

  • You must own, or be authorized to manage, every Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account you connect to our products.
  • You must follow Meta's terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, when you use our products.
  • When you connect a TikTok account, you must also follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and, where applicable, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy.
  • You choose which TikTok permissions to grant, and you can revoke them at any time in your TikTok app settings.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use our products to send or publish:

  • spam, including unsolicited bulk or repetitive messages;
  • abusive, harassing, threatening or hateful content;
  • content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others.
  • content you do not own or have the rights to post, including content copied from other people or platforms without permission;

This applies to all automations, replies, direct messages and published content you set up through our products, including videos posted to TikTok, which must also follow TikTok's Community Guidelines.

4. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for all content sent or published through our products on your behalf, including automated replies, direct messages, links, posts and videos published to TikTok. Content published to TikTok must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines. Our products send and publish content only as you set it up, on your own accounts. For TikTok, you review each post and its settings (such as caption, privacy level and interaction settings) before posting, and content is sent to TikTok only after you choose to post it. Depending on your TikTok account settings and TikTok's review of our integration, posts may initially be visible only to you, and may take a few minutes to appear on your profile.

5. Rate limits and service availability

  • We apply rate limits to protect your accounts, Meta's and TikTok's platforms and our service, and to prevent duplicate replies. Some replies or messages may be delayed or not sent as a result.
  • We work to keep our products available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to platform APIs

Our products depend on official Meta and TikTok platform APIs. Meta or TikTok may change, limit or discontinue their APIs or policies at any time. Such changes may affect how our products work, or require us to change or remove features.

7. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or end your access to our products if you break these Terms or Meta's or TikTok's terms and policies, if your use puts other users, Meta's or TikTok's platforms or our service at risk, or where required by law.
  • You may stop using our products at any time by disconnecting your accounts through Meta or TikTok (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove Sitta Studio), or by emailing us at contact@sitta.llc. See Data Deletion for how to remove your data.

8. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular results, such as growth in reach, engagement or followers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sitta LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify Account Owners by email or in the app.
